Thanks for shopping at ​Little Fox Interactions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

You have ​14​ calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Must not be a perishable food item.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an un-used merchandise item:

  • Please drop us an email at hello@mylittlefox.co.uk, to book a return.

  • Please enclose your original packing slip, or a note including your full name and order number so that we can match the return with your account.

  • We recommend obtaining a 'proof of postage' receipt from your chosen courier, and opting for a tracked service.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

An admin fee of £9.99 GBP will be charged per return, this is required to cover the cost of processing the return and covering any bank payment fees.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund, less the admin fee, to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and risk of returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
